In 2021, we successfully hosted our inaugural cybersecurity event, bringing together professionals from diverse fields to engage in a discourse on the topic of cybersecurity. The event facilitated an interactive platform for participants to exchange ideas, share experiences and discuss emerging trends in the field.
This year, our primary focus was on exploring strategies for establishing a forum that brings together cybersecurity practitioners in Tanzania. Our discussions centred on the various ways in which stakeholders in the industry can collaborate to create an interactive platform that facilitates the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of cybersecurity. The forum will serve as a critical resource for practitioners to network, exchange ideas, and collectively address the country’s evolving cybersecurity threats.
Throughout the course of the event, we had the privilege of hearing from industry experts who shared their valuable insights on how to successfully establish a forum for cybersecurity practitioners in Tanzania. The discussions provided valuable perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that exist in the field, as well as the potential benefits of creating a platform that fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among practitioners. We are grateful for the contributions of all participants and look forward to continuing these important conversations in the future.
