In the previous year, we had the honour of hosting our second major event, where we were privileged to welcome Mr Munir Njiru as our esteemed guest of honour to officially open the proceedings. Mr Njiru’s presence and remarks added to the prestige of the occasion and inspired lively discussions among participants. We remain grateful for his valuable contributions to the event and look forward to future opportunities to collaborate with him.
Following Mr Munir’s closing remarks, we swiftly transitioned to our panel discussion on the critical topic of cybersecurity in the digital economy. Our distinguished panellists provided unique perspectives and expertise on the challenges and opportunities associated with securing the digital landscape, particularly in light of emerging technologies and evolving cyber threats. The discussion proved to be informative and thought-provoking, highlighting the need for continued collaboration and innovation in the field of cybersecurity.
This year’s event featured engaging presentations from renowned cybersecurity experts, who shared their knowledge and insights on a diverse range of topics of interest in the field. The presentations provided valuable perspectives on emerging cybersecurity trends.
The event culminated in a prize-giving ceremony, where we announced the winners of the highly anticipated “Game of Hacks” Capture the Flag (CTF) competition. The competition showcased the skills and expertise of participants in a friendly yet challenging environment, further emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and practical application in the field of cybersecurity.
We remain grateful to all participants for their active engagement and look forward to continued collaboration and knowledge-sharing in future events.
